CHANGE: Removed stb-header library, which was used in TestCompare.c and Amalgamate.c for testing purposes. Functionality was replaced by C++ std-library funcions.
Feature: Added flag in balancer to enable or diable automatic computation of the gamma factor. Can be modified by bool getGammaAutoCalc() and setGammaAutoCalc(bool)
Feature: The setWork() function which is used to set the work for the local domain now checks for NAN and INF in the provided work data.

Bug: ALL::Point.dist_plane(..) had a type bug. This manifestes with a cuda compiler even without explicit usage of the function. Fixed and added corresponding test.
